Royal St. Augustine Golf & Country Club
Ask anyone who has played Royal St. Augustine before and they will tell you about the near perfect conditioning, beautiful scenery and always friendly service. Better yet, they will tell you with certainty that there is no other course like it in North Florida. Royal St. Augustine provides a memorable experience for every level of golfer, there is something here for everyone. The course layout while efficient, allows you to use every club in the bag. It will keep you on your toes mentally and will challenge your skills.

The course opened in May of 2001 and was designed by renowned golf course architect J. Christopher Commins, ASGCA. A graduate of the University of Florida, his education and training, which includes his work with Mark McCumber, has allowed him to put together a vigorous course that St. Augustine had only wished for. "We took great care in utilizing the golf layout as the critical interface between the natural wetlands that run through the site", Commins states, "affording the golfer a more naturalized setting than we typically see in most community courses."

This 6,529 yard course, a par-71, is conveniently located on SR 16 just 2 miles west of US 1 or exit 318 from Interstate 95 and travel 3 miles east. The entrance is clearly visible and is flanked with bold signage topped with our striking logo. We invite you to enter our community and enjoy all that our course has to offer.
Since it's inception, Royal St. Augustine has taken great pride in the near tournament conditions of their course. As you drive down the parkway leading to the Clubhouse you instantly are enticed, as you will travel parallel to the course. "I'm often asked which hole is our 'signature hole', truth is, this is a course with 18 signature holes" boasts Shawn D. Sheridan, Golf Course Superintendent. The course is visually intriguing created with undulating greens, shapely bunkers, and rolling terrain. The condition is everything a golfer desires. It is truly a unique golfing experience.

This is a wonderful place to attend your Resort Golf Schools of America vacation. The course is located within easy access to Palm Beach International Airport, the beaches, and of course the shopping in Palm Beach. Since the on site lodge is very popular and often booked in advance, we have another great Hotel a short distance away that we really like. It's called the Gulfstream Hotel and it's one of the most popular Historic Hotels in the Palm Beach area. It's a true classic and we offer it at the same price as the on site lodge .
